ADB SAFEGATE opted for both S/4HANA and C/4HANA Service & Sales to support global CRM processes and field services, integrated with the back end via SAP Cloud Platform and various other peripheral applications, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Concur, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori for custom applications.
