As of September 2023, Proxcellence has become an integral part of TheValueChain, an acquisition that significantly bolsters TheValueChain’s offerings in process integration and process efficiency. In recent years, TheValueChain has established a track record of success, driven by substantial organic growth and strategic acquisitions, such as Canguru (BE), IDinIT (NL), and HuRis (NL). Now they are taking another significant step forward by acquiring Proxcellence. Through this acquisition, they strengthen their top-of-mind presence in the Benelux, France, and Switzerland.
