• Collaborate with clients to understand their talent management needs and objectives.
• Design and configure customized HR processes to optimize employee experiences.
• Implement and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules seamlessly into existing systems.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Continuously innovate and stay abreast of the latest trends to drive excellence in talent management practices.

You match the following skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or profound experience within HR across various fields.
• Extensive knowledge of the complex realm of HR, with a passion for enhancing and automating HR processes such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Onboarding, etc.
• Completion of at least 2 projects within one of the mentioned HR fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Prioritization of quality with the ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
• Team player mentality and a strong belief in knowledge sharing
• Excellent profeciency in Dutch or French and English.
