SAP Commerce Functional Consultant

We are looking for an SAP Commerce Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge e-commerce solutions that empower our clients to deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences.

Our Commerce Unit is one of our 14 specialized units and is home to passionate experts in SAP Commerce. We help businesses connect with their customers by designing powerful digital commerce platforms, with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) at the core.

Your Skills  

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, including:
• • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Checkout flows and customer journey
  • Pricing strategies, promotions, and voucher management
  • Customer self-service flows (B2C and B2B)

• Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud modules, such as:
  • Product Catalog Management
  • Cart & Checkout
  • Backoffice (Customer Support Cockpit, Order Management)
  • Pricing
  • SmartEdit (content editing and personalization)
  • Web Content Management System (WCMS)

• You understand the end-to-end customer journey and know how to translate it into a compelling digital experience.
• You have experience to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
• You can translate business needs into functional requirements
• You can create solution blueprints and support user story definition
• You have a good understanding of integrations between SAP Commerce and SAP S/4 HANA or ECC / SAP Customer Cloud / SAP CPQ / SAP Marketing Cloud
• Analytical mindset and solution-driven approach
• Experience creating clear documentation (process flows, user stories, test cases)
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus

Your Core Responsibilities will be

• Designing and implementing scalable e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud
• Collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and designers to create a seamless digital customer experience
• Integrating SAP Commerce with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• Advising clients on architecture, best practices, and new features in the SAP Commerce
