SAP Extended Warehouse Management Consultant

We are currently looking for a Medior SAP EWM Support Consultant with a strong focus on daily support activities, eager to provide high-quality service within a dynamic international context.

The Logistics Unit is one of our 14 units and helps our customers optimizing and streamlining their logistics processes and digitization.
This with strong business knowledge in the fields of warehousing and transport management, combined with SAP functional and technical expertise.

Your Skills

• You bring 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP EWM, ideally in a support or application maintenance role.
• You have hands-on knowledge of EWM configurations, core warehouse processes and integration with modules such as MM and SD.
• Experience with debugging is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with side-car EWM integrated with ECC is a plus.
• You are comfortable working closely with both business users and technical colleagues and can bridge the gap between them.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Your Core Responsibilities will be

• Handling and resolving support tickets and change requests within the SAP EWM domain.
• Performing basic debugging or working closely with developers to identify issues.
• Ensuring high-quality support delivery in line with SLA agreements.
• Acting as a point of contact for EWM-related topics within the internal IS team and towards the business.
• Collaborating across domains and teams where needed to provide end-to-end service.
