SAP CX Consultant 

We are looking for a SAP CX Consultant to help our clients boost customer engagement with seamless, personalised content and smart technology solutions.

The CX Unit is one of our 14 specialized units and consists of motivated consultants who work with Sales & Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Qualtrics, and more. Our team focuses on leveraging innovative SAP technologies to drive customer engagement and business optimization. 

Your Skills 

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Cloud for Customer (C4C) , SAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud  

• At least 1–2 full-cycle implementations 

• Knowledge of business processes : Lead-to-Order, Opportunity Management, Customer Service Management 

• Ability to engage with business users (sales managers, service teams, marketing) 

• Analytical mind & solution oriented  

• Strong communication and presentation skills 

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system configuration 

• Blueprinting : write out those needs in a Blueprint document capturing all customer needs, defining the standard processes and determining the development needs  

• Fluent in Dutch/English and/or French  

• Knowledge of SAP SDK and/or SAP Analytics cloud is a plus 

Your Core Responsibilities 

• Implementing innovative SAP CX technologies to enhance customer engagement and business processes 

• Collaborating with stakeholders/business to identify opportunities for digital transformation using smart CX solutions 

• Designing and developing custom applications and solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
  
• Continuously researching and staying updated on emerging trends in SAP CX technology to drive innovation 

• Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making recommendations for improvements
